Specially developed for the latest style of jigging for Snapper or Madai, the shimano's En Getsu is a unique and effective jig that you must have when targeting the bottom fish.

The En Getsu's body is specifically designed to be hydrodynamic and its two sets of rubber 'feelers' actually respond and pulsate according to the flow of the water currents even when the jig is not being worked. This enticing movement of the 'feelers' triggers the natural predatory instincts of the bottom fish by mimicking prey such as squid, octopus, crabs and prawns. They also prevent the jig from snagging onto the bottom easily.

The En Getsu comes with 2 different asymmetrical body shapes to suit different water current conditions. Both shapes and surface designs are hydodynamically designed to impart different action and sinking speeds. Use the smooth crescent shape for normal water conditions to give an exaggerated swimming action or change the sharkskin round body type to allow the jig to reach the bottom more quickly and without tangling when the water currents get deeper and stronger.
